Lake Carroll is a 636-acre lake contained within a five thousand acre private lake home community. It is located in beautiful Northwest Illinois. There are over 22 miles of shoreline and a trail system cut through the hilly and wooded terrain, which encircles the lake. It is common to see wild turkey and deer in every trip to Lake Carroll.

This beautiful Lakefront Rental Property consists of a cedar home located on a wooded lot with over 300 feet of shoreline on Lake Carroll, just north of Lanark, Illinois. We're located just 120 minutes from the O’Hare airport, 60 minutes from Rockford, 60 minutes from Galena, 50 minutes from Dixon and just 80 minutes from Dubuque, Iowa. (Map it with Mapquest)

The Rental Property is fully furnished and sleeps 10-12. It is comprised of the following rooms: Great Room (including Kitchen ), Family Room (including sofa sleeper and Bar area ), Master bedroom (with queen-sized bed), 2nd bedroom (with full-sized bed), 3rd bedroom (with 3/4-sized bed), Loft (with full-sized bed and bunk beds), three full bathrooms, laundry room, screened-in Porch and wrap-around deck with gorgeous lake views.

Amenities include central heating and air-conditioning, 2 fireplaces, microwave/convection oven, all kitchen appliances, dishes & utensils, large screen TV, DVD/VCR, rooftop TV antenna, ping-pong table, electronic dart board, Weber charcoal grill, inflatable water toys, washer & dryer, and access to swimming off two docks.

Our rates for a three-night minimum stay are as follows:
     Peak Season: April 1 through October 31 - $300 per night.
     Off Season:     Nov 1 through March 31    - $250 per night.
     Lake Carroll Association Members: 10% discount on midweek rentals - Monday through Thursday (Holidays excluded).
     Additional cleaning fee: $80 per rental.
     Additional pet charge:    $25 per night.
     Applicable state (6%) and local (5%) taxes will be added.
     A $250 security deposit is required (refundable).
     Rates are subject to change.
